Recent Dinners; Witte-Mork Visit

• Friday night:
  
• Thai-ish fish soup
• Basmati rice
• Vanilla ice cream with home-made chocolate sauce
• Thursday:
  
• During the day we went over to Blackwater National
  Wildlife Refuge. Saw many great blue herons and snowy egrets, also many tri-color herons - they look much like great blue but shorter. Mimo was also fascinated by the frogs and many turtles and one great Delaware fox squirrel.
  
• night - we went to Cantler's in St. Margarets for a dozen large steamed crabs, Maryland crab soup, potato salad, french fries, wine and beer and coca cola, ending with very good chocolate cake. Mimo completely enjoyed smashing open crab claws and picking crabs. Also enjoyed seeing the crab trays in the "zoo" and the Maryland diamondback terrapins in the restoration pens.
  
• Wednesday night:
  
• Tuesday night: sushi at Joss, Annapolis
• Other items:
• A fatoosh, bread salad with many leftover iterms included.
• The smoked cod brandade with dried tomatoes.
• The salmon in potato chip crust with green sauce. Too salty - look for less salty potato chips.
